So even though Halloween is over there are still pumpkins around my house. My mom makes yummy pumpkin pies for friends and family at this time of year, and she uses REAL pumpkins! That means more baked pumpkin seeds for me!
Have you ever made baked pumpkin seeds? They’re super easy and a really great snack! Just rinse them in a strainer and lay them out in one layer on a baking sheet that you’ve sprayed with oil, that way they won’t stick. Sprinkle some salt and bake them until they’re crunchy! Ask a grownup to help you. I think you’ll love this easy snack!
