We have a very special party coming up this week. It’s Pawlette Coufur’s birthday! My favorite fashionista will be giving everyone a piece of virtual birthday cake so be sure to stop by and wish her a happy birthday. Plus, it’s Earth Day on Friday, so stop by the Recycling Center for a “green” virtual gift. So much to celebrate, so little time!
One more thing before I go, don’t forget to watch tomorrow’s fresh episode of Craftshop. Dana is going to show us how to make our own personalized sneaks! Sneaks of every color and style are so in right now. Since I’m currently adding to my collection it will be awesome to learn how to make my own so they will match my style perfectly!
Catch ya later!

There are so many cool things coming up this month that it’s hard to keep track! So, I’ll give you a preview of all the fun to come.
First of all, Build-A-Bear Workshop® has a new furry friend – Greenzys (you pronounce it green-z’s) Panda! He is SO CUTE and earth friendly with fur made of soy! Visit Greenzys Panda at the Pawsitively Green® Recycling Center to to get some cool ideas on how to help the environment! And since Earth Day is just around the corner (April 20) it might be good to at least start thinking about how you can help the planet.
And before I go, I just wanted to remind you not to forget to enter our amazing sweeps if you haven’t already. You only have a little more than a week left. Believe me, you do not want to miss this chance to host one of our shows on buildabearville.com™. Oh yeah, and the winner gets a trip to NYC, so it’s pretty sweet if I do say so myself.

Guess what? I got a new bike! I went on my first ride yesterday and I totally L-O-V-E it! It’s like a shiny turquoise color and I really wanted a helmet to match, but the guy at the shop said they don’t make turquoise helmets. So, I just got a purple one instead but I’ll probably customize it later with some cool paint or something. One of my friends got in a crash one time while they were just riding around town so I know how important it is to wear a helmet and you won’t catch me without it.
Ok, you’re probably wondering how I got this bike, since it’s obviously not Christmas or my birthday (because I would totally tell you if it was). Well, I’ve been saving for it for a loooooong time. I get an allowance for doing chores and a while ago when I asked the ‘rents for a bike they said I had to save up for one. I have this jar in my room that I started keeping it in and I’ve been saving for a few months. It felt good to count it all this weekend and realized I had enough to get my bike.
I’ve gotta take really good care of it too, because if something happens to it it’s just gonna take me waaaaay too long to get another one, and I know I can’t wait that long.
Talk to ya later!
